澳洲签证指南：女友签证即将到期 续签求助

网友xijiangyue2010在澳洲移民版发帖询问：我女友的签证快3月15号到期，现在网申收到co邮件，其中要求有一项不明白，是有关英语能力证明。

她的情况是：两年前来的时候考的雅思，已经过期；在卧龙岗大学读了一个一年的deploma IT课程，有完成证书。

下面是除了雅思等语言考试以外，CO要求可提供的证明：

OR-

* Academic transcripts showing that you have successfully completed at least 51% of a course leading to a qualification from the Australian Qualifications Framework at Certificate IV level or higher as the holder of a student visa not more than 2 years before your visa application. This does not include foundation courses;
-OR-

* Senior Secondary Certificate of Education, completed in English in Australia in the last two years

-OR-

* Completion certificate for a Foundation Course in Australia in the last two years

-OR-

* Evidence that you have completed at least five （5） years of study in English undertaken in one or more of the following countries:

Australia;

Canada;

New Zealand;

South Africa;

the Republic of Ireland;

the United Kingdom;

the United States of America.

This should be in the form of academic transcripts or records for the 5-year period.

* Evidence that your education and stay in Australia is fully funded by your central government, or multilateral agency, or by an Australian Commonwealth, State or Territory government agency.

友z3238225说：Diploma就是cer 4以上level了，如果没超过2年毕业，直接上传，同时email也attach一遍就好了。

友xijiangyue2010：如果她目前的课程学完了51%不用提供雅思成绩，不然的话就需要了，我之前就是这么申请的。

楼主：谢谢大家的热心帮助，她准备用diploma的来申请，但是co要求提供bank statement that proves u can access to 55120 澳元，这个可以通过流留学贷款来搞吗？

友zjs0823说： 楼主请注意，我有个同学就是因为没有雅思而被拒签的，然后只能回国了。如果楼主用diploma申请不成，就把之前的雅思给CO，说自己有这个水平，告诉CO自己不清楚现在还需要雅思成绩，然后问CO马上报考一个雅思考试是否可以。因为有同学犯过同样的错误，所以特意提个醒。
